"お部屋は綺麗でした。立地も良くて便利です。ただ深夜まで目の前のシアターやアミューズメントに多くの人がいて少し騒がしいです。 一方設備はシャワー🚿の水圧が弱いのと、手洗いシンクの流れが悪くて水たまりみたいで少し使いづらかったです。 ルームクリーンナップをお願いしましたが、タオルの交換はありませんでした。 一番はスタッフの対応が素晴らしい事です。英語が通じなくてもスマホの翻訳で理解してくれて優しい対応をしてくださりとても助かりました。 オークランドにまた来た時は利用すると思います。"

I have stayed at Intercontinental Auckland, Park Hyatt, Hotel Britomart…Hotel DeBrett is my favourite of the lot. Staff at Vivace, the onsite restaurant are also just wonderful. Always have a smile on their face and very welcoming. Nothing to fault whatsoever! 5 stars all round."

"Rooms were an apt basically which is what we loved about Adina's franchise and their parent company's model for hospitality industry should be. Wi-Fi was readily avaiable. The gym facility was adequate for what I needed it for. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The vacinity to everything w/n 5 min walk was absolutely awesome and well thought out. I highly recommend this property if you looking to visit Auckland and not needing a car."

"We had a quick stay here and it was nothing short of a good time! The Sunset Bar was incredible, they had an amazing happy hour and we had a lovely view of the city. Staff was very friendly! I was surprised the room didn't have any type of milk for tea/coffee but offered a hand selection of pillows and room service. Great stay and would stay here again! "

"Good location for exploring Auckland. Close to many landmarks, the ferry docks and multiple restaurants. While the lobby was stark and poorly decorated, the room was very comfortable, with a small refrigerator, microwave, basic dining utensils and dishes. Very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was unreliable and had to be requested in advance. Employees at the front desk provided items such as toilet paper and instant coffee that housekeeping forgot to provide with no questions asked. While there...

"The star rating given to Voco did not match our 6 day experience. Numerous issues such as congested reception area directly in front of lifts, poor water pressure throughout stay, hot water issues on last day, building/window cracking through the night with temperature changes, minimum towels and no washers or face cleaning kit supplied. Location is central, street is sloping and street front entry is often hampered by pedestrians/guest transfers. Hotel restaurant/bar is adjoining main reception...

"Slight smell from the restaurant's outside in the lobby when you walked in but once you got to reception you could not smell it. Great location, staff and very easy parking. Will stay here again."
