"I can see why someone would be tricked into staying here if they weren’t from New York and thought they were getting an ideal location as it’s on Stone Street, but this is a hotel for people who don’t know how to stay at hotels. It’s terrible. The staff is terrible if you want absolutely no service. This is the place for you."

"This hotel was very nice but their elevator were broken which was a real bummer bc it has 30+ floors. They managed to get 2 of them working but it took a very long time. The staff could not possibly have been nicer and they discounted our room by 20% which was very nice so I would definitely stay there again over-all. Everything else was perfect."

"Great location provided the weather isn't absolutely frigid. The room was well designed, great views, comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful - Antonio at check in, the people who checked me out and offered to hold my bags, housekeeping. Besides being near The Whitney, Chelsea Market, the highline, walking up or down the Hudson from "home" was very nice. "
