"The only place we will stay in Midtown! We have now stayed here a few times, after years of being disappointed with most of the hotel options in Times Square, we booked a week's stay at POD Times Square. This hotel is exactly what it says it is. Rooms are fairly small, but quiet and private. Bath is well-appointed, and the location is great. The staff was also amazing, and a pro tip, you can ask for an electric kettle at the front desk and make hot food and soups during your stay. "

"The shower water was dripping all over the sink. It was not throughly cleaned. It was constantly noisy which made me not fall into deep sleep. "

"Although this hotel may be pricey, it is worth it for the location, size of the rooms, rooftop bar, outdoor cafe and quiet rooms. It’s rare to find a place where you get quiet sleep, especially on the weekends. The windows were so thick, I didn’t hear a thing outside. Yes, I could hear occasional voices in the hallway, but nothing major. The rooms aren’t huge, but you have plenty of room to set up luggage racks etc. Shower pressure was acceptable and they provide high quality shampoo, soap, even tiny toothpaste tubes. We loved just walking out the door to get right to the Highline, Whitney Museum, Chelsea Market and many great restaurants."

"We could not control the temperature in the room we would set it and it would revert back 2 hours later. Very disappointing especially when it changes when you are asleep and it cases you to wake up. "

"The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, maintaining a room temperature of 80 degrees. SO HOT. The window was broken remaining open, and despite multiple requests to the front desk for assistance, no one arrived. We had to keep calling and calling. Furthermore, housekeeping only visited the room once. "
