"Amazing hotel. We had a suite that overlooked the lake and city and had a spa tub on the balcony! It was well worth the extra price to wake up and see the sun highlighting the lake and a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. A short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and train station. This was a great place to stay!!"

"Nice, clean, basic hotel within a 5-minute walk from the Lucerne Train Station. The chapel bridge (Kapellbrücke) and riverside restaurants are within a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. Air conditioning worked fine as it was really necessary with the heat and humidity at the end of May."

"Check in/out is at another hotel. Magic hotel entrance is inside a narrow lane with people smoking and garbage bins. The room is hot and stuffy even with windows opened. The bed frame is old enough with cracking noise. With Expedia rated it a 3 stars hotel, I expected it to be a relatively good place to stay but it isn’t."
