"Didnt get breakfast, we had to be at the airport by 6am"

"The staff was very friendly, but one of our rooms had a tv and thermostat that didn't work (meaning no heat!). We let the staff know and they said it would be taken care of while we were out for the day. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, and one of our rooms went without heat or a tv. "

"Stayed in a superior pod, very contemporary, comfortable, clean, and well insulated from the weather with lovely views of the loch and mountains. Not much in the immediate area food wise (would need to drive to Balloch for any alternative dining options) but the food at Oaktree was lovely, tasty and filling. Good choice of whisky too."

"Easy check in with large spacious car park at rear. Very comfy bed and good quality linen. Only 1 chair in room when there was room for a 2nd - I hate having to sit on a bed in a hotel room. Nice clean bathroom, with big fluffy towels. Luggage rack and large wardrobe space. Iron and ironing board, plus hairdryer. No usb sockets, but plenty of 3-pin sockets. "The staff was amazing and super helpful! Close to Stirling University and the cute town of Bridge of Allen. Upload the Stirling Cabs app or take the bus into Stirling. The food was great and the rooms are big and comfortable and the small touches make you feel at home. "

Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful. "The staff was very helpful. However, in the 10 minutes that I was parked on the street while the staff person was trying to sign me up for a nearby parking garage, I received a parking ticket for 100 pounds Stirling. My only recourse was to pay a 50 pound reduced fine if I paid it right away without contesting it. A very inhospitable end to a fine trip. That's no reflection upon the hotel. A very bad reflection upon the City of Glasgow. The parking attendant must have been watching for us...
