"Loved the pool and the spa. I only wish we took advantage of it more! The hotel is located really in the midst of so many walkable sights and easily accessible to public transportation. Food was great at the lobby restaurant. I only wish they had more flexible breakfast option. Overall, we had a great stay and the staff was excellent."

"I was surprised how much I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. All credit to the staff from check in to the dining room to room service. Unlike many businesses, the Bailey clearly knows how to hire, train and retrain plenty of wonderful smiley helpful people. Thank you! "The Strand Palace hotel was a perfect location for me to visit The LSE. It’s also close to West End theatres. "We transferred to this hotel after arriving at another hotel that was a terrible experience from the start.
The Park Plaza was a breath of fresh air after that experience and I completely wish we would have known and could have booked here first.
The staff was kind and welcoming from check in to departure day. Hotel is clean and beautiful and in a good location with lots of modern amenities. I am also very appreciative of the hotel’s focus on being eco conscious.
I would definitely recommend...

"Bedside USB chargers didn't work. The shower/tub was about 3 ft off the ground and very difficult to climb into especially with no shower bars.
To get out ice you had to go downstairs to the bar to get ice there was nothing on any floor. No room service after 8:00 p.m.
Centrally located. Walkable to many attractions Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Victoria and Albert museum etc. very safe neighborhood easy to obtain food and supplies"

"Overall, the Langham is a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff. The only thing I encountered during my day was that several of the common areas in the hotel, including the Palm Court and the Wigmore Pub hosted private parties and were therefore closed to hotel guests. This was inconvenient; hotel guests were not even allowed to walk through those spaces to get to other parts of the hotel! Considering the price paid for a room I expected to to be able to use all of the hotel’s facilities...
