"This was a wonderful hotel! The room was clean and the staff were all very helpful. Being right on the beach was great and the private area for the hotel was excellent! The pool and hot tub were beautiful with gorgeous views. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...
