"I liked the large balcony. They didn’t have room ready for check in at 4. Pre checked in around 1pm and was told I would get a call when room was ready between 3-4. That didn’t happen. The lady that checked us in apparently did not have our card on file for the room. We got a text that they didn’t have our card after we ordered food and drink at the bar. "Condo was very clean. Had dishwasher detergent (2 loads), liquid soap, wash machine detergents (2 loads); sample size Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, and lotion 2 of each. Seemed to have ample dishes, silver ware, kitchen utensils. Table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the patio. Steps from the pool or gulf. Sugar sand beach. Walmart, and a liquor store about 3 blocks away. The outdoor space was very quiet after 5 pm. "

The room worked for us since we were there for a baseball tournament but our room really needed a deep cleaning. They didn’t empty the trash or change out the towels the day before we were to leave. "Very dirty room(a) had to change because first one smelled like rotten food. No breakfast was available. Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Would NEVER stay there again, and would advise folks to stay away."

"The sheets were questionable, stained. everything looked and/or was dirty. Basic things hadn’t even been wiped down. I lysoled the whole room. Breakfast was puny. Guests were loud. Will not return."
