"The whole bathroom floor flooded when taking a shower. Almost slipped and fell getting out of the the shower. The staff like to ask questions and get into personal business and make assumptions about people that are incorrect, very rude and very judgmental. After checking in. They didn’t even let me know where the breakfast was available in the morning time not a very helpful staff."

"We had an excellent stay at Nobu Hotel Manila. The hotel is impressive, with an elegant atmosphere and outstanding dining options. The rooms would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning, and an airport shuttle would be a welcome convenience given the hotel’s proximity to the airport. Shopping options were somewhat limited, but these were minor drawbacks in an otherwise wonderful experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Manila."

"I booked this room for 3 days 2 night for my husband and he loved it! Smooth and easy check-in. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Pool area could be a little crowded but it's covered so that's a plus if you don't want to get a tan. The best part is the proximity of the hotel to restaurants, shops and Parqal/Ayala Mall.
We're looking forward to our stay in November!"
