I have previously stayed at this property when it was Novotel. While the staff I interacted with on this visit were polite and helpful, they were understaffed at the main desk. Hyatt has done nothing to update the rooms. Water pressure was poor, furniture old and well used, stained upholstery on chairs. In addition, someone was wondering around the lobby aggressively asking guests for money. He would follow guests around until they gave him some money just to get away from him. Where was security? Had dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. Good variety, but when containers were empty the kitchen staff was slow to refill or did not refill at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience since Hyatt has taken over.
