"Always enjoy staying here when visiting our WMU student. Cheaper than a five star and thus, not as up-to-date, but the pool is nice and the breakfast is convenient. Staff are always friendly."

"Very disappointed experience. Everything was out of order. The elevator was not working, it was no food at breakfast, we didn’t had any extra pillows and blankets for the extensible couch. I get that the hotel was packed but the management should know before and get ready for it. It was not a cheap room."

"They were able to get me in a room early. That was nice but the room wasn't very clean. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so there was mold on the ceiling and around the tube. Pretty gross."

"The property was very new and very clean! Breakfast was quite good and offered a good variety."

"The elevator is broke and has been since last October. Had to drag my cooler from the beach amoung other thimgs, up 2 flights of stairs. The TV had two remotes and initially was a challenge to operate. The person who checked us in didn't mention the broken elevator and didn't give any times for the breakfast. Just handed me the key card, stated the room number...and that was it."
