"The room was extremely tiny and felt unclean. The shower floor had what looked like mold growing under the seal, and when looking up in the shower, you can see cockroaches crawling along the glass ceiling."

Staff were helpful in 2) holding our bags prior to check in, and b) booking us a car to the airport. Located within a short walk to multiple must-sees like the freedom tower, Oculus shopping center, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, and Pier 11 where you can take a scenice ferry ride to Dumbo, Brooklyn for the absolute best views of the city!"

"We were visiting our children and The Ludlow is conveniently located between the two of them. I loved the look of the hotel and the lobby and staff are great. We ate dinner the first night at the hotel bar/lobby. Food, drinks and atmosphere was fantastic. We also had breakfast the next morning and it was very good.
