"The Atlantic was just a magnificent place to stay. A lot of this rests on the shoulders of the attentive but not intrusive staff. "Really loved the staff they were all so friendly and very helpful and practical. I thought the hotel looked a bit tired and needed modernising with small old fashioned bedrooms but bathroom clean and serviceable. The grill restaurant gave us an excellent meal. Cocktails were great. My Atlantic cod dish was SUPERB!!"

"I can’t recommend the Royal Yacht enough. There was a feeling of luxury as soon as we walked in the door but luxury with friendliness and warmth. "Just returned from staying at a street view apartment. Bigger than expected with separate bedroom, kitchen living area and good size bathroom. We like to have our own kitchen, hence an apartment suits us well. This is not a hotel so do not expect your bed to be made each day, we personally prefer the privacy. were only there 4 nights. "Hotel was in an excellent location for exploring St Helier and had free guest parking. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The kitchen preparing breakfast was excellent and the serving staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. We loved having our breakfast. The Spa pool was very nice too. "Newly refurbished rooms, staff lovely, pleasant, comfortable stay, apart from the double glazed window in room, which was gapping and didn't keep out the noise from the extractor fans. Needs fixed. Made staff aware of this and they offered to change rooms, but, we were happy to stay put. Rooms held the heat so wasn't too much of a problem. Window still needs sorted though. Room 91. Cobweb dust on every corner of ceiling, so, although room adequate, needs properly cleaned. Enjoyed our stay though...
