Clean and people makes you feel welcome

The place is not huge so they make you feel very welcome like they know you from before. It is very clean and provide locker room and shampoo, tea for free. The personnel is super friendly and provide great recommendations for your trip.

I liked how they attached the upper bed bedframe to the wall not to the underbed so that it doesn't startle the whole bed when going up and down the bed. I could see how precisely they care the customers.

Magnifique séjour à la Casa Kessler

J'ai passé une semaine à Barcelone et vraiment apprécié mon séjour à la Casa Kessler où je me suis sentie comme à la maison. J'ai logé en chambre de 6 filles. Les lieux sont bien entretenus et les lits sont faits tous les jours. Maintenant, la propreté des communs dépend beaucoup des résidents qui, parfois, ne sont peut-être pas conscients qu'ils vivent en communauté, idem pour les allées et venues dans les chambres... Il vaut mieux s'équiper d'une paire de boule quies et d'un masque de nuit pour éviter les réveils intempestifs :) Le plus de l'hôtel est quand même son agréable terrasse (je suggère néanmoins quelques petits lampions pour le soir :)) et le fait qu'il y ait plein de bons restaurants dans la rue. L'hôtel propose également la location de vélo. J'en ai loué un pendant 3 jours et ça m'a permis de découvrir la ville dans tous ses recoins et sans tracas. Merci d'ailleurs à Miguel qui me l'a remonté chaque soir avec le sourire :) Merci à tout le personnel et à Orio pour cet agréable séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésiter si je repasse à Barcelone ! Pour le petit déjeuner, je recommande vivement la petite boulangerie 'Padaria' au coin.

The best hostel!

I would definitely recommend Casa Kessler. It’s located in a beautiful and central district. The staff is super friendly - honestly the best! The decor is pretty and the place is kept very clean. There’s a nice terrace area with pretty plants where you can chill in the sun or the shade as you wish. I had 5 nights there and I would love to go back. 4인실 썼는데 매일 자리도 정리해 주시고 좋았어요 단지 위치는 좀 별로..람블라스 거리랑 좀 멀어서 걸으면 20분 정도는 걸렸던것같고 근데 비니투스랑은 가까워서 가기좋음! 공용 욕실인게 조금 불편. 샤워실에 불이 없어서 엄청 어둡던데 전등이나 좀 달아줬으면....여튼 개인적으로 저녁먹으러 그리고 쇼핑 가기 좋았어요 아 스태프들 친절한건 말할것도 없이 너무 친절! 영어 잘 통하고~
