We stayed at Hotel Arts in Barcelona for a girls’ extended weekend getaway, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, friendly, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They made us feel right at home. The property itself is stunning and well-kept, and the area felt incredibly safe, which gave us peace of mind while walking around and exploring. The food was amazing, every meal exceeded our expectations, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. Between the beautiful amenities, relaxing atmosphere, and top-tier hospitality, it was exactly the kind of break we were hoping for. Really lovely hotel, a few hiccups but what really impressed me was the way the management team handled this. Clara was amazing! 30min walk to the centre of town taking the scenic route along the beach 4mins walk to the beach Beach has deckchairs you can hire, not part of the hotel Hotel itself does not have a private beach are but has 2 pools Breakfast options are endless and amazing

Hotel Arts was an incredible experience, and the amenities were wonderful and attention to detail. We had an urgent situation with my 18-year-old son and the staff were thoughtful and caring. The views and location were top notch. Thank you for the hospitality and warm touch.

View of my room was not the best. I had an issue with the cleaning staff where unfortunately I did not receive daily service or turn down. I also had an electric issue in my room. Overall the room aesthetically was beautiful and clean.

After a week at an aparthotel, we decided we should spoil ourselves. This was a great option. The staff and facilities were great. The rooms were top-notch. We received an upgrade to the 28th floor. The room had just been remodeled and had some great features. We were there during a large storm, so all the eating options were limited to the hotel. They did a great job keeping up with the customer demands during such a busy evening. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!!

In one word, our stay at this fabulous hotel was AMAZING. The hotel is in pristine condition and located in a great section of Barcelona. The service is excellent, the rooms are large, clean, modern, and offer wonderful amenities. The hotel also has excellent restaurant and bar choices. I highly recommend this property.

The staff couldn’t be nicer or more professional - the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! The room was recently renovated and was exceptional. A huge bath tub, huge comfy bed, nice linens, wonderful hibiscus water and cava upon check in. You should definitely stay here, it’s super close to the water and beautiful!
