Staff was super attentive and helpful. They were always willing to answer any questions, whether it be about the area or any tourist attractions. They were also willing to provide restaurant recommendations and tips for someone who was traveling alone. I felt safe at all times. Definitely would stay here again!

The staff at this small hotel were really friendly, the hotel overall was very nice, but could do with a deep clean of the bathrooms. The location to the main shops was excellent, however the area between the hotel and Las Ramblas was not pleasant and felt unsafe. There were a number of groups of men hanging around day and night in the square outside. This is by no means anything to do with the hotel itself and sadly appeared to be a recurring theme in Barcelona.

We did enjoy our stay at Niu Barcelona. The staff was very helpful. Our room was small but clean. The 2 downsides were no dresser or extra hangers for clothing (they did offer a few but we needed more for 2 people) and we faced the street which was noisy all night. They did offer ear plugs for the noise so we were happy about that. The location is fairly close to many attractions and we walked everywhere we could. I would highly recommend this hotel if you don't mind walking and the noise. We were told by our cab driver to watch our belongings while on the street. We never had any problems. Thank you!

I really like this hotel it’s small but it’s convenient for those who want to get around. There’s a bunch of food options that’s in walking distance and public transportation is really close (I recommend taking public transportation it takes you everywhere). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Only downsides were the wash cloth was really big and they didn’t have face (smaller) towels so it made it hard to wash up and they only gone you one. The “English” channels they had only played in Spanish, and I wish they had more options for the snacks in the lobby. If those things could be improved I would like to believe the hotel could be a 4/4.5 star besides that everything else was nice and I enjoyed my stay!

Professional staff, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and decently priced compared to the hotel we stayed at in 2019. Very happy that it was close to stores selling produce and a pharmacy. It was a bit noisier than I like but it is a lively area.

Great Hotel lovely and small, staff always made us feel at home. Marco who checked us in was especially brilliant! Don’t be put off by travel guides saying not to come to Raval area, we are a young couple and got on absolutely great! The only minor thing I could fault was the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work, but that is it! Will be back!
