Great place to stay with daily serviced rooms and aircon. Helpful staff. Can leave luggage on last day. Near sagrada familia. Good breakfast choices if you eat lots but slightly expensive otherwise.

Good and clean

A good basic hotel. The room was shining clean, bed was comfy. The only minus was the loud humming sound in the room, not sure if it was the air ventilation or some pipes, but I needed ear plugs to sleep.

This hotel is in a great location, but there was a large barking dog across the street that barked all times of the day and night. I had to wear earplugs at night to sleep. The rooms were a bit small, but it was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and they had plenty of hot water and a large shower. They had a mini fridge and a safe in the room, which was convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with lots of hot and cold options. Wi-Fi was good the first couple of days, but then it went out and wasn't available in our room the last day and a half. The front desk said they had no way to fix it, but it was still accessible from the lobby only.

Change your mid day front desk

My first experience with Hotel Sant Antoni was in 2014. Back then the front desk persons were so accommodating that when I formed this group of 20 people and told them to stay at this hotel, I was under the impression everyone will be happy.But we are NOT! First of all, the attitude of your front desk person assigned on Oct.13, 2023 should be reformed. You are in the hospitality business. Be considerate and not a snobbish Bit…. We arrived at the hotel early and had our luggages stowed on the first floor. That was fine But when we got back after our Sagrada tour after 3 pm , we expect to be able to check in. She did some grudgingly Then She left us and another couple wait until the evening shift took over and took care of us. The management should train their front desks to be people oriented. I regret to refer my group in your hotel. Next time I have another group who’ll be staying in Barcelona, your hotel will definitely NOT BE in my radar. Too bad!you just lost some future clients.
