"A lovely end to our honeymoon. We stayed at El Avenida Palace for the Barcelona part of our trip, and everything was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the location made it easy to walk to Passeig de Gràcia and many of the city's main sights. After some stressful stays earlier in our trip, this hotel was exactly what we needed. We'd happily stay here again. 5/5."

"We had one of the interior courtyard rooms. The bathroom was awkward.
We arrived on a Thursday and found an invitation in our room for a wine and tapas reception that evening on the rooftop bar. We arrived and found that the space was being shared with a private reception as well and we were treated rudely by one of that events organizers. Left a sour taste to say the least. We left. IF you’re going to have a reception for your guests, don’t double book the space.
The reception staff was...

"Fantastic hotel in an amazing location! The check-in process was fast and efficient, our room was clean and comfortable, and the large balcony was a great bonus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile.
Everything was within walking distance, including great restaurants and the hop-on/hop-off bus stops. We especially enjoyed the two pools, the lovely terrace, and the rooftop bar.
A major advantage is the hotel's loading zone, which is rare for hotels in the city...

"La verdad es que el Hotel está bien posicionado en una zona en el centro de Barcelona. Pero por otro lado, teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos por dos noches en un fin de semana normal en ni puente, la habitación del Hotel está en unas condiciones bastante mejorables. La habitación en la que estuvimos tenía todo marcas llenas de desgaste. La ducha no tragaba y las camas no eran las mejores ya que sonaban y se notaban blandas a nivel de estructura. Teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado de...

"The Catalonia Boulevard is perfectly located in the Eixample district, walkable to Passeig de Gràcia, Gaudí landmarks, and some of the city's best restaurants. The lobby alone sets the tone: elegant, well-designed, and welcoming.
The rooms are comfortable and modern, exactly what you'd expect from a well-run city hotel. But the real highlight for me was the restaurant: the steak tartare is an absolute must. Don't skip it.
One honest note: on my first full day, the WiFi was completely down,...

"Breakfast and staff are excellent. Rooms are clean. Location is perfect, within walking distance to many places, restaurants, museums, shops. The only problem is they have no ramps for luggage. The female staff insisted on carrying our luggage for us, just a few steps, but still, I think the hotel can add a ramp for ease of pulling luggage around."
