"It was fine for our quick stay."

"When we get in I noticed that the coffee table was dirty. Also the bed cover had noticeable red-brown stains (I took pictures) and the sofa bed’s brown blanket was dirty. We had to complain with the office to get new bed covers. All they just did was send us new bedcovers to our room. We were told we would have to change the bed covers. Not good."

"The staff was very nice and check in was easy. The room had a jacuzzi (one of the reasons I booked here) but it did not work. It was being used as a regular bathtub with a shower. The room was big and was clean on the surface- but the cabinets in the kitchen and bath areas were worn and dirty. The bath cabinets looked like they had been water damaged and were pretty sad. Overall- it just needed a thorough scrub down of the cabinets, walls, and furniture. The furniture was old and very worn and...

"Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

"Good location for what we needed, staff although very nice, lacked the manpower needed to keep the hotel clean. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and based on that experience decided to come back. This stay was definitely not the same, we will stay at a different hotel the next time we travel to the area."

"The property overall, amenities and staff were great! We loved the location, the pools, the services and the shuttle rides. Our room itself was outdated, did not have the ocean view I paid for and we found someone's underwear behind the chair. I would return for the other items but speak up about the room as soon as I arrived so they had a chance to make things better."

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."
