"This place was okay. Thought it would be nicer since it was a golf resort. The room we were in was average. Thought we paid for a full fridge and bigger bed and was put into something else. This condo didn’t have a full kitchen just a sink, mini fridge, and microwave. We did not care for the Murphy bed either. Would not stay here again. "

"The room that me and my friend stayed in wasn't it's best. The carpet had food or crumbs left on it, the floor had a stain (red like it was a blood), the toilet barely wanted to flush, we had to hold it down. The bathtub could've been better, a little dirt was in it. "

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "

"The staff did their job, they weren’t the friendliest in the world but I can look past that, jobs can get tiring. The building itself looked like an older hotel, it had seen better days but that’s any establishment that’s been going for a while. The room was an issue, some things were already damaged when we got there and there were a lot of light switches that I wasn’t entirely sure for what purpose they served. The parking garage was the biggest issue though, it’s very small for the large...

"The staff were very unpleasant, the parking area was ridiculous and most nights a back up parking area was used by us because large trucks had taken up the parking area close to the hotel. One morning at 6:30am I was woke by hearing a man arguing loudly with a woman and this continued until around 7:30am. It was actually very intimidating and not the best way to wake up. Regarding the staff they could not have cared less about us staying at the hotel and didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked...

"We did not see a kifchen .We did not stay . I paid for insurance on this matter , and I request all of my money back. What a joke."

"Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in."

"Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens...

"It could have been the poorest breakfast offering we've ever seen. Also, our trash was over-flowing after three days and "we have NO housekeeping". So....."
