"The iron broke in half when I opened it. Additionally, staff were not available 24 hours a day as advertised, and the bathtub would not drain properly. Despite contacting maintenance multiple times during my stay, the issue was never resolved. Overall, these issues negatively impacted my experience and were not addressed promptly."

"My family and I had a great experience so close to the beach and boardwalk we enjoyed the clean and well maintained pool, the room we stayed in was clean, spacious and the A/C was cold. We highly recommend this property for your vacation or just a weekend away."

"The place was clean, great beach and boardwalk access. A nice mini market across the street! The beds are hard!! I also found it interesting that it was ALL male staff. I think I saw one female cleaning- the rest were males. I didn’t get creeped out or anything- just odd. Female-traveled alone, felt safe going out in the evening as well."

"Great part of the beach to stay at in wildwood. I’ve stayed at many hotels there and this is definitely one of the better ones. Wildwood hotels are old so if you go into it knowing they aren’t five star hotels you will love it. The pool was heated but didn’t have sun on it after 12. Room was cleaned daily and rooms were more updated than other hotels I’ve stayed at. The location alone is worth staying here for. It’s by far the best location I’ve stayed at in wildwood. "I stayed off Season so pool and hot tub was not opened yet. It’s an older Hotel and looks like some things still need repairs. But all in all it offers what you need for your stay. The staff was friendly, gave me a nice tray with two feeding bowls , a treat and a collapsible bowl to keep for my dog. They also give you a list of Pet Friendly places you can go eat at. My only complaint was i had noisy neighbors in the room next to me which made it really hard for me to get any sleep at night. "

"The room was VERY small. The queen sized bed took up 90% of the room. There was no night stand or end table. No carpeting, which was probably not the worst idea, as the shower water creeped out into the main room. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. No cups or ice bucket for ice. The parking was terrible."
