"The room was very dirty. Dirt all over bathroom floor, carpet still had trash under beds, sink and tub were dirty looked like there were not wiped down. Shower curtain was dirty. Sheets had stains and blood stains and had holes on them. The mattress cover should also be washed and cleaned after every use. Very disappointed that my kids had to experience this, And being very uncomfortable trying to sleep. The bathroom sink was even clogged. The coffee machine was very very dirty. It was a waste...

You need to wait until the customer gets into the van for you be able to use the car. If you brought the attention the counter desk employee he’s answer was “ we have more than one but the customer keeps it on the room “. The parking of the hotel has a $10 fee per night. "

"My kids and I love the Tru hotels. This one is super close to the Denver airport but we still based our weekend trip to Boulder from here. There are restaurants, a Starbucks and Sprouts market just down the street.
