Things like parking, some food options and activities should have come with the expense of booking the room. The canopies should be first come first serve instead of at a expensive cost."

"This brightly colored hotel and lobby make you feel so welcome and curious and playful. The staff immediately greets and is super pleasant and super competent. After check-in, they quickly follow up with a text so there's an open way to communicate.
