"The room itself was good, nice and clean. However, the gentleman who was at the front desk was not helpful at all. There was a group of soccer parents who were cursing and making a lot of noise until after midnight and the gentleman refused to do anything about it. If that is normal for this hotel, I will be going elsewhere on my next visit."

"So easy and convenient for families. The food was good, specially with the fresh fruit and yogurt options available. Room was clean, but not sure if floor was scratched or not as clean, same as bath tube floor. The activities were fun for kids (and parents) we enjoyed the creative workshop and my son was delighted with the lego figurine left on his bed upon check in. Most of the staff was great and helpful. Marissa from the Sandy castle restaurant was great, as well as Aria (master builder)...

"Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars.
We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake.
Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between.
Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

"This house is absolutely beautiful! Prior to arrival, all needed info- check-in, wifi code, door access, everything was communicated. The master bedroom, with it's own hallway and bathroom, has a lounge style sitting room attached. The patio is larger than it appears in the photos. The lake out back is so peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need. The owner/ manager texted just to see how things were going. Very thoughtful! It was a great vacation rental and i will definitely...
