Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."

Jem took great care with us from coordinating a driver to and from the airport to arranging for taxis both to and from places we visited ( highly recommend for safety). Also jams need to be changed after every guest, because we had used and half empty ones(photo attached).
