"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"This hotel is 100% worth the price. the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Staff were amazing and helpful, we loved the rooftop restaurant and pool area and the breakfast is 10/10. Turndown service was so efficient. Very central location, we were able to walk everywhere, although Sagrada Família was a bit of a trek as well as Park Guell (60 minute walk). Highly recommend!"

"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. "Well located with everything being a short walk away. Barcelonetta beach, cable car to Montjuic, acquarium, zoo and gothic quarter are all at the door step. Delightful roof top pool for kids and excellent views. Nice room with a separate living area and bedroom with a practical kitchenette. Milk bar tapas within 5 mins walk from hotel is excellent especially for their veg options. Overall lovely spot for anyone wanting to be central and accessible."

There is a lively plaza behind the hotel with some kind of band that played most nights but they were quiet by a little after ten and besides them you really couldn’t hear much noise from outside at all as the windows and walls are very well sound proofed. "The Hotel is located inside the shopping mall that close after 9 pm. In order to access the hotel you need to find an small key pad located on one of the 4 doors of the mall. If you arrive before 9 pm you can have time to "practice " the access key pad code. If not, sorry for you!!!"
