"Most of the staff (restaurant / rooftop) were not very hopeful and quite rude when asked questions. Especially the breakfast staff, super disappointing. However, a few of the front desk workers were pleasant. Warning, the standard room is VERY small. Definitely uncomfortable with two suitcases accompanying us."

"Super cute boutique hotel in the Gothic Quarter. Rooms and hotel are tastefully decorated, the bar is well stocked and cozy, and breakfast was wonderful. Very much appreciate the adult-only experience, as it makes breakfast a lot more peaceful. Staff was also great. Very highly recommended."

"Centrally located to beautiful gothic district. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Would have given it a fifth star had the staff actually been more helpful explaining - upon arrival - the European “way” of accessing electricity int the room and controlling the heat and air. We received no help when calling and slept in a hot room for a night. Be aware of minimal plugs…even for converters/adapters. No room on bathroom for toiletries. Shower was good."

"This hotel is in a perfect location in the Gothic quarter. Before we arrived the hotel sent us information on how to request pillows, linen preference and queen bed, very communicative! All staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant Caelis, superb! We used Expedia to purchase and 2 days in asked us if everything was good and had the hotel provided welcome amenity, or upgrade on room? We think our room was perfect with a view of the Cathedral, but no amenity. Next day...

"Peres, Adam, Alfredo and Kevin were so nice and welcoming as were the other staff members. The location were perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were spotless and quiet. The room darkening shades were perfect. We did not have the buffet, but I’m sure it was excellent. The water pressure was very good and the toiletries were quite nice. I liked the sliding door separating the bedroom from the washroom area. "

"The customer service was lacking for a hotel. The rooms felt very un clean and house keeping was slow, no attention to detail and an overall general feeling of not caring. No plug in the bathroom, coffee not replenished etc. The beds and the pillows however were very comfy. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability. I feel a discount should be offered in this instance, without a car in a foreign city it’s not convenient to travel to another location for the pool. I will also say that it should be noted...
