"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. "The Hotel is located inside the shopping mall that close after 9 pm. In order to access the hotel you need to find an small key pad located on one of the 4 doors of the mall. If you arrive before 9 pm you can have time to "practice " the access key pad code. If not, sorry for you!!!"
