"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

"All around excellent place. My only complaints were a noisy A/C unit in the room and a shower curtain that was too short to do much good."

"The property was well kept and in a central location, close to various restaurants and shops. The only con was there was a lot of construction right by the property and at times it was a bit noisy from the construction and street noises. I like that I get an apartment with all the kitchen amenities and it was very comfortable. "
