"The hotel is historic and has an old world feel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. However, its customer service has not kept up with current expectations. Daily Housekeeping is only provided of your stay is 2-3+ days. Despite a request to refresh our room, it was ignored. Yes they provide coffee in the room, but only for one day! Location is great, but they rely on their reputation and have no desire to provide the level of service expected from such a unique location."
