Front desk is inefficient and security team lack initiative and worst they abused their authority ny profilitheir guest. The only plus in this hotel is the friendliness and efficency of service staff is crab shack restaurant. "

"Great location, very close to the main beach, as well as turtle beach, parrot rock and the coconut tree hill. Plenty of good options for food on the main road right outside the hotel. Being close to the main road though makes it noisy during the day, as drivers love to blast the horn. The room was clean but also a bit basic. The bedsheets for example were too small for the double bed. AC worked well."
