Great place and handy position
Very good for the price better than most hotels in batam breakfast could be a bit better for westerners but in all fairness good is not expensive and plentiful around the area good WiFi which now days is very important thank you see you again in the future

Affordable hotel with comfortable room (Deluxe Studio Suite). However the kitchen does not come with basic cutleries like plates, bowls, fork, spoon, knife, etc. we had to borrow from the restaurant. The electric stove is useful but the conventional oven should be changed to a microwave oven.

Good distance from ferry terminal but property is very old. The shower sprays the entire toilet because there's a leak upwards. The bathroom ceiling has a big glorious patch of black mould.

The hotel is at a good convenient location. Many eatery shops around. The room is big and clean. The service rendered by the staff is excellent. The GM Mr Edi is very nice to arrange free ride for us to Grand Batam Mall (as we missed the scheduled tpt timing). Strongly recommended to stay at level 3.

Hotel is just a short walk (~5mins) from Batam harbourbay ferry terminal. Love the location. Wey Wey Seafood is just 3mins walk away. Very big room for the price we paid for. We booked a deluxe room with 1 extra bed. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast had far exceeded our expectations. 👍 On a weekend, we had buffet breakfast, while on a weekday was an ala carte breakfast with mains, pancakes, cereal, eggs (omelette / sunny side up etc. Your choice!) Manager Edi was very compromising and even had free shuttle to bring us from the hotel to a nearby market at 9am. Shuttle services picked us up promptly and was very helpful. We enjoyed our 3D2N short trip at this hotel. Definitely will recommend this to everyone 👍
