Stayed here when the hotel was newly opened about 5 yrs ago Back then everyone was cheerful, now is entirely different atmosphere Check in staff wasnt friendly at all, no smiles and no greetings The only staff that was helpful and friendly were the houskeeping and security, always smile and greet On my second day, there was a lift maintenance in progress and it took quite a long time hence i have to go up and down and my room is on the third floor. The only good thing abt the hotel is its location just opposite nagoya hill and right behind there are rows of money changers

Value for money. Only concern is wash basin

Overall stay was good. Value for money and guest friendly. Wash basin is not comfortable. Kindly give some space for usage. Rest everything feel good.

Great location

Great location wirh eateries and small shops in the vicinity. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Not much choice for breakfast but one can always make do with nearby eateries. Will stay again due to great location and low hotel costs.

I'm quite disappointed when I check in . Because I booked Hotel.com saying that I want non smoking room but they say room full only have smoking room . They should know earlier I'm going to check in must give non smoking room also that floor level 3 was so noisy keep talking outside and I don't have peaceful. Please in future keep reserve for those book for non smoking room . Thank u
