The property and facilities are good value for money and well maintained. During this stay there was an incident, where someone used the room while I was away and left the room with toilets messed up and the bed used. On reporting this the staff changed out the sheets and mentioned that a supervisor will get in touch in the morning. But there was no attempt from the management to try and understand what happened. On checking out the staff wasn’t aware that this happened and asked for all the details all over again. Still waiting for a formal response from the management.

Checking only 2 sets customer in front us 3-4 pm but take about 30mins+ , when went “ first room “ was ppl checked in the room already ( feel very bad ) , then gave us another room , room is big ( coz we booked suit ) but towel is smelly and asking for extra towel not available , bed sheet have stamp on it and fridge have coke left from last guest.

Not coming back again. There's many other hotels.
Breakfast was very bad. Food was not up to par. Very inflexible with late check out unless we pay 100k Rph. Check out time reminder from housekeeping and reception half an hour before time. Other than that the room was great.

I booked 2 junior suite rooms but both m2 is not the same. 1 of the room is smaller than the other but still quote the same price. Why???

Room for improvement
The bedsheet with stains. The hotel lobby without aircon hence is stuffy. The swimming pool is dirty. The mug served for breakfast is not thoroughly clean.

I stayed here for 3 days 2 night. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I am abit disappointed by the swimming pool and also the cleanliness of the room. Towel, bedsheets which can see the dirt on it. Drinking Glass need to change as most of it have stains on it include breakfast place n room. On our 1st morning we planned to swim in the pool and relax but unfortunately the swimming pool are so dirty and when we asked the receptionist they said that it is normal but other day we saw the swimming pool was clean at the same time.

Had a pleasant stay. Hotel was clean and modern. Check in check out process is quick. Breakfast is simple. Only comments are that shampoo and shower foam not indicated correctly and disposable slippers provided should not be reused.

Let’s talk about The Pros. Staffs is friendly and helpful Breakfast buffet is good Room is clean and tidy Checked in was swift and well explained Gym still ok. Sky bar is good. Good food and alcohol. The Cons. The shower drainage abit poor. Swimming pool different colour looks dirty, did not manage to swim. Other than this all is good. Feedback to staff about some faulty, they ask staffs to went up check. After came back is fixed. Good environment. Will come to stay again. Recommended. 👍

Nice and pretty room and was big (mine was a suite). Hotel provide free shuttle bus to Nagoya Hill Mall at certain intervals. The down side was when the dinner took an UNBELIEVABLE LONG TIME to serve where there wasn’t much dinners in the cafe. The other table dinner just ordered a drink and us taking another table ordering 2 main course. So room was great and cafe was lousy.

Only the breakfast top up item slow as my group of 6 having the breakfast at 8am but most of the item finish ask for top up take too long time as we need to check out at 9am so end up we are rushing for our breakfast.

The location is not very convenient, there is nothing nearby however still acceptable as taxi is available and shuttle service also provided by hotel at certian timing. The buffet brakfast that is included is also consider good for the price you paid. We spend a lot of our time at the pool, the menu at the restaurant is a bit limited, maybe can consider adding some finger foods to the menu.

The suite room looks modern, spacious and in style. There should be hand soup as basic toiletries. Breakfast can be improved with more food options and speed to top up the food line as it was empty.
