There is only 1 restaurant at the hotel that is only available to dining for dinner and the buffet items isn’t that much that was why we decided to give the restaurant a miss

We booked 3 non smoking rooms and paid in full in advance. When we reached the hotel to check in, we were told there were no non smoking rooms left. We waited for more than 2 hours because we only wanted non smoking rooms as most of us are seniors and we have weak lungs. In the end, 2 rooms were given to us and we waited another half an hour for the last room. Then we were told that the last room was also a non smoking room. To our horror, we realised they lied to us and gave us a smoking room. The whole room was very smoky, the toilet was worst. We were not able to breathe well. We called the front office to change room but they said no room available till the next day. At night, there was a live band, the music was so loud that we were not able to sleep. Called up the front office and they said the noise was from the next building and there was nothing much they could do. The live band continued till 12 midnight. The next day at 7 am, we could hear someone practising on the drums. The bath towels were almost black in colour, very dirty. Overall not a pleasant experience there. We do not recommend this hotel.

Aircon was noisy. Soundproofing is bad, can hear traffic from outside. Breakfast was poor with poor service from station expecially for eggs. Ordered early for eggs but eggs were served first for people who queue first.

very gross area. Corridor are smelly . front desk staff need to be train. This hotel is worst of all .spend $10 more to get new hotels this is very old hotel with very lousy service. Very gross facilities even got Indian Ghost at room 927.

Hotel is a bit old but nice enough. Pool area smaller than pictures show. No beer in Hotel or pool side so if you like a beer at the pool dont book here!

Weak and Unstable WiFi. Have to switch hotel as room and lobby Wifi is very unstable. Have to resort to mobile data. Heard this in the earlier comments. But choose to stay, now regretted. Laundry only delivered when you call up to pay -unexpected service in grand hotel like this. Gym equipment missing links , weights are all over the place. Messy

Unstable wifi connection and daily renewed of key card (i stayed 3 nights, so i had to renew for 3 times) are the worst thing happened to me during my staycation here. On top of that, i've got bitten by some kind of flies or insects during my stay in the room, especially during my sleep. Definitely not returning to this hotel again.

The room is Big & clean for the deluxe.. Free shuttle bus should include weekday. We hv to walk abt 15min to reach the shopping mall Outside the hotel is very quite,No shop around the hotel.. Good for people tat needs good rest.. Thanks PLANET HOTEL ..😎😎WE ENJOY OUR STAY THERE
