Hotel baru yang bersih dan nyaman, AC dingin
Saya tiba malam hari dengan dijemput oleh concierge, tapi ada miskomunikasi mengenai harga yang diinfokan dengan yang harus saya bayar. Setelah diberi penjelasan, akhirnya saya tetap bayar sesuai dengan harga yang di infokan sebelumnya. Untuk kamar sangat bagus dan nyaman, besar dan bersih juga. Harganya cukup terjangkau untuk ukuran room only. Saya sangat suka hotel ini, tapi sayangnya hanya 1 malam saja disini. Hotel yang bagus untuk di rekomendasikan ke semua orang..

Regret waking up for breakfast.
Front desk people was excelent. But breakfast was bad, little variety of food to choose from and 1030 they already started asking us and about to clear the buffet. 2nd day we skip breakfast. 😊

1. Not in prime location, Not happening area, a dead area. 2. But peaceful no noise n no disturbance. 3. Staff very cooperative n very kind n loving. 4. NO HOT WATER 5. NO SEA NO BEACH 6. Room not given as was promised. 7. BUT 100 TIMES BETTER THAN SINGAPORE.

First time
Great got shuttle service to and fro nagoya mall. But at 1st staff was not sure if the shuttle is available as they dont know where is the driver. But manage to find anyway it was awesome only this hotel ive stayed offer this wonderful service. Aircon in room take awhile to chill the room. No water heater to cook water. No free tea and coffee. Bed is great. Most comfortable bed ive slept in. Toilet is great too.

The place is ok. Service is ok. Free shuttle is ok but it will be better if they can pick the guest as well like a 2 way transfer. Wifi is slow and not stable.

Quite cheap room to take a shower, rest and leave
The place was cleaned like in your home. The places at your sigh are clean but below the bed was full of dust, a few old rose petals and used sleepers. Some of the pillows were visually unclean and the sleepers available to us in the room where previously used. The mini bar was empty. In hotel, outside the room, is quite warm and the internet is not good at all. This place is perfect for a quick shower and a quick rest regarding the price. Not more than that. But it had potential to be a better place.

All as good as before: friendly staff, clean room. But this time round, there is no welcome drink, intermittent slowness of the internet as well as a bit miscommunication from staff which I ask for a glass of wine and the staff bought me a wine GLASS.

GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT
It was not a trip that we were looking towards to. The hotel's breakfast were miserable and they did not top up the food when it was almost finishing. There were blackouts 5 times in a day, which was not rectified immediately. The toilets had no proper drainage and the water got choked after every shower. I had taken this hotel under the advise of your staff who gave us good reviews on this hotel but came back with great disappointment!

We did not have the chance to stayed at all. We booked the hotel during February the date we booked was on 17 march 2015 to 19 march 2015. When 17 march we reached that about afternoon time around 1415 hrs. The staff said that the hotel was closed. Waste my money and time.

Room was good
The hotel is far away from all the shopping malls.. Need to get on taxi which the fare is nt consistent.. If you're lucky enough to gt a taxi wit meter fare then its way cheaper than norm.. Gt to pay up to 70 ribu to nagoya mall.. The hotel food, was only ok.. Portion was really small for their price.. Can be improved.. Room was awesome but no view..

Never stay here again./
Good quick check in,executive room big and clean.except ran out of coffee, some linen on Sunday. Position means taxi every time you go out. Restaurant. Except for the omelette very ordinary, sausages sitting in oil.ran out of milk and cold drink(and it was only cordial) at this was at 7.15am.Also flies and some dirty cutlery. Internet went down and there was no one available to help the poor girl on the desk.No manager, duty manager, maintenance, No one. If there was some emergency no one to take care of it.

New and Clean. Not so far after all.
The hotel is very new and clean. However, water in a bottle was only provided for the first night. The hotel staff were friendly to help is get cab that goes by meter so that we will not be paying extra. Although the area was not near any mall, the taxi fare is about 2.50 to 3.00 sgd to nagoya, bcs mall, mega mall and harbour bay. So it was not a bug problem after all.

Nice hotel but not so excellent service!
Big rooms and at a good price. Very upset in the end as they have deals with taxi drivers and difficult to get a taxi meter alternative. The service is not good unfortunately and have to repeat requests several times. Overall however not so bad for the price. Breakfast very very poor!!!!
