Wonderful host, was very friendly and offered suggestions on things to do and places to eat. It was lovely to have a separate guest sitting room to relax in outside of the bedroom as well as connect with other guests. Short walk into the busy cultural areas and shopping but easy to bus or uber around. Quiet area at night and very safe.

Lovely place!! 20 minute walk to the city center but slightly hilly walking back. You have an option to take the bus. Nearby reserved inexpensive parking available. Louise was very helpful and accommodating. Very quiet at night.

Honestly great, spacious, clean and cosy. I had a great night's sleep and it's right next door to a pub and a few cafes are a stone's throw. I'd definitely stay there again if I was visiting Bath.

Place was lovely. Our only drawback was the shower wasn’t the best. There was a little to no pressure for the hot water which made showering difficult. Other than that. Louise a host was wonderful. She went out of her way to meet us. We got there early to check in the room was enchanting, love the high ceiling and new windows and the view was amazing. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in the cottage and the perfect little patio to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful landscaped gardens. The host was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Louise and Chris were both very helpful and accommodated my later arrival and helped me with parking suggestions. Room was as reported and very clean. Good location and overall great stay for my business trip.

Great value stay. Very clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and welcoming. The property is a little outside of the city centre but easily walkable or a bus stop right outside that takes you into the city.

Clean rooms but the bathroom was miniscule. The accommodation is on a very busy road without a safe place to cross. No parking on site. Check in time was very late in the afternoon which was inconvenient. Overall poor value.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff were very welcoming and very helpful with information on tourist attractions in the area. Also they were very accommodating when I needed to amend my booking. A wonderful hotel and look forward to staying there again - 5 stars

Amazing host (I think it’s Louise’s daughter instead of Louise), gave me great recommendations, super welcoming to guests. The room and property have a homey feeling, super duper clean, also very well set up - had the best sleep I’ve had across 2 weeks in the UK across various accommodations, also very spacious. Most importantly, the room has a small but strong fan and a ceiling fan, which made it very comfy on a summer night. It’s also close to Alexandra Park which has a lookout to the entire Bath town centre! Thanks for making my one night in Bath extra smooth!

The hostess was as charming and helpful as she was beautiful! The property was nice and not too far out of town. An easy mile walk down the hill to Bath, although some may want to Uber back up. The property had parking available 200 yards away for 5 GBP a day, which we used. We would return.

The hosts, Louise and Chris, were welcoming, helpful and charming. Our room was supremely comfortable, stylish with excellent ensuite. The beds, pillows and bedding really comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, good value and delivered to the door at exactly the booked time. The accommodation situated a short distance outside Central Bath, an easy walk in and on a bus route

What a little Gem! Easy to find, great instructions from the Host. Very clean and a super comfy bed. It was very hot whilst we were there but lots of windows which could be opened as well as a ceiling fan and table fan. An absolute plus for me was a cafetière and really nice ground coffee ! About a 25 min walk down hill into Bath and a 10 min bus ride back up. The only negative is the parking but we were able to park next to there church which had no restrictions and we left our car there for the duration. We will definitely be back…. Thanks for a great stay!
