"Nice location, good staff and fab food"

"A great stay as always. The only reason it’s not a 5* is the room wasn’t made up on the first day - otherwise a great stay."

"Everyone was very nice."

"Great location to explore Bath."

"Gorgeous room and bathroom. Round the corner from the royal crescent. Lovely gardens to have a cocktail in. Highly recommend."

"This is a great friendly hotel that majors in service and friendliest approach. Nothing is to much trouble always with a smile"

"Superb facilities and service. Excellent gourmet breakfast! "

It was also so thoughtful of them to look after our cases for us until it was time to leave, which made our departure so much easier. We...
