"La chambre était comment dire… dans un état pitoyable, poubelle avec bouteille de champagne vide encore dans les poubelles, moisissure sur les murs, peinture qui s’écaille, Piscine vide alors que pendant notre séjour, il faisait 23 à 25° avec grand soleil, Et qui n’est pas mentionné sur le site, J je demande un remboursement et un retour rapidement de votre part, pour annonce, mensongère, et chambre dans un état lamentable VOET Axel"

"The property is well maintained, very clean and quiet . They have complete breakfast which we loved before we start our day tour. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is well lit and spacious, we didn’t have a problem with the air conditioning. The hotel is close to restaurants and close to bus and metro ( about 10 minutes walk) I definitely book this hotel when I travel to Rome and definitely recommend to family and friends."

"Relais Garbatella is well-situated in a very local Roman neighborhood in Garbatella. A hop skip from Colosseum, 3 metro stops away on Line A and also conveniently accessible to Termini; might I mention that the Garbatella metro station is only 2.5 streets/blocks away. My liking of Relais Garbatella began well before stepping foot on the property. Luca’s above and beyond hospitality came in the form of openness with accommodation requests, answering questions about Rome, or needing extra supplies...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Feliz in Roma. Host was very attentive and responded promptly. We enjoyed the proximity to the Colosseum and other sites nearby. Located on a quiet street with air conditioning and great security made us feel quite comfortable."

"Arrived expecting a hotel with a lobby etc but it’s a building with many converted apartments. Our studio apartment was nice with a new kitchen and bathroom, nice balcony, windows on 2 sides. Don’t let the exterior fool you, once you find your way in, the unit is quite nice!"

We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch.
