There is an elevator and it is one of the older ones, and very charming. 3. "Perfect location for the Colosseum and Forum. Easy access to the Metro to reach other areas like the Vatican. Excellent nearby restaurants, which are good value, even those adjacent to the sites, that was a surprise! "Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. Only by calling the number provided by Expedia did we reach someone who remotely opened the door and gave us instructions to our room. These instructions had not been communicated to us in advance."

"The room was great in general and it has great location. But be mindful there is no lobby down stairs for someone to assist you. It’s self check in by calling the manager. Something’s that I didn’t like was sending my documents through whatsup which I couldn’t connect. The second part, I felt unsafe and nervous. The last part is the elevator does not work which is frustrating having to carry the luggage through the long stairs. A man might manage but if you are a lady, o would not recommend this...

"This is the best bang for your buck. Rooms were fair size, very very clean. Staff were very helpful (even helped with restaurant suggestions, and they were right the food was amazing where they suggested) air conditioned. Location was perfect. 8 minute walk from train station, 15 minutes to the fountain and 8 minutes from the colosseum. We will 100% stay here when we come back."
