"This was a very nice hotel however, the location is not ideal for somebody who does not know the Bay Area like me. We booked here because we thought it’d be close to everything and it is not as close as we thought. It’s like a 20 minute drive for everything and on top of that it is what is considered downtown so anything past 7 o’clock was to be avoided outside of this hotel because there are a lot of homeless people outside. During our stay, we experienced a homeless man or what seem to be a homeless man come into the lobby to dispose of a syringe obviously not used for medical needs and the hotel staff addressed, but it is something that I wish my kids did not have to see well. I understand that it is best for them to be properly disposed of. I think there needs to be a safe place for them to do that and provide that service if they’re going to and not in front of full on families."
