"Great hotel to stay in when visiting the area. The price per night was very fair. The pool, hot tub, breakfast, room and room amenities were excellent. Whenever there was an issue, staff were very quick to fix. Our smoke alarm battery went into low battery mode in the middle of the night and they had someone replace the battery in under 5 min. "Check in was next door at the Quality Inn. So as Breakfast which was minimal. They were out of batter for the waffles and I asked if they were going to refill they said no because breakfast was ending in 15 minutes. They were also out of coffee and we had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring more. Tables were few and no one was wiping down until breakfast service was over. Doors in room did not close well to bathroom and we had light shining in from bathroom window all night."

"Nice hotel with great service. We stayed one night at the Hyatt as we needed a hotel near the SF airport for an early flight the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable .We needed extra towels for our kids, which were sent to our room within minutes. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient."

"Long breakfast wait is long if you’re not arrive early. Parking fee is relatively cheap compared to nearby hotels. Bathroom door isn’t well planned."
