The location was perfect with a short walk to Japantown, Polk Gulch, and Pacific Heights. Maybe twice that walk to Union Square and Civic Center. The beds in our room were overly soft, not sure about others."

"The location was nice to be able to walk to Fishermans Wharf and the Pier each day. The lobby and co-use areas are very nice. Breakfast was great and efficient. Some shady characters outside every now and then. The room was disappointing. Had a musty smell, smaller than expected. Paid for a superior room but no view or anything special about it."
