"The shower was cold and limited TV Chanel’s , plus the guy that was in the Office had very limited English and could not walk into the office , had to talk to them from outside through a glass window . Room itself was modern and very clean . The bed was good and sheets clean . The are currently renovating so the outside Is a mess"

"If could give this hotel 1,000 stars, I would! The decor was absolutely stunning and reminded us of our favorite places in Puerto Vallarta. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the two fireplaces made for the perfect nightcap and a truly relaxing evening. The staff at the front desk were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. "Very clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Very conveniently located near town and right off highway. Laundry area was sufficient but only 2 washers/dryers in place. Parking was convenient however spaces were extremely narrow/tight. I'd definitely recommend this hotel."
