"Love the location the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfy; my only suggestion is to get rid of the tired carpet. I will stay here again very convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good and the hot tub and pool are clean and well maintained!"

"The hotel was nice except the time we were there they were paving the parking lot. The smell came through our air condition and gave me and my fiancé a head ache so we checked out a few hours earlier then we planned on leaving"

"Close walk to beach, good food and coffee. Room was clean, but older hotel. They provide beach towels which was nice and beach cruiser bikes on site to rent. Older bikes but function well and very affordable to rent all day."

"Location is so convenient, it’s so out dated, shower curtains got mildew it’s compatible for Motel 6. Our 2nd room , sink faucet doesn’t stop though they fixed it. It’s missing blanket, we booked a dbl bed for our kids but instead given us a AIR BED for adequate price we paid although the valet /bellman/runner (3-11 shift is very attentive, we forgot his name ) But your literally at Balboa Pier our balcony got Ocean Views"
