The property is at the Dana Point Harbor. One side has a view of the parking lot, the other side a view of the boaters’ parking lot and boats in the harbor. It’s a nice hotel for a short stay, nothing fancy but nice location and within walking distance of Proud Mary’s for a great breakfast and Wind and Sea for a nice Happy Hour or dinner.

Wonderful staff, Luis at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. Hotel has basic amenities, a little on older side but it is clean, and very conveniently placed to marina. Breakfast is basic, waffles, yogurt, bagels, coffee. Go there with an open mind this is not Hilton or Marriott. All in all, I would stay there again.

This is an old property, my Father used to stay here in the late 1970's. Now, apparently they will be tearing it down to build a whole new resort where the small shops were. Definitely needs an upgrade. The pool and jacuzzi was nice.

It is a beautiful area and is located in the best view, but it is old and has not been remodeled for a long time! however it is clean and staff is so friendly. but regarding the facilities everything is limited and really old.
