"I was honestly very shocked with this hotel. Most of the reviews that I read were pretty good. We stayed here for one night after visiting our daughter in college and the room smelt awful like it was a smoking room at one time, and though it is not now, it still smelt bad. "Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting.
