"Perfect place to stay when you have an event at the stadium or ball park. We had an amazing view from our room. Staff was excellent. Beds were so comfortable. We also had room service the first night and food was excellent. Also loved the valet service so we could just check in and not worry about parking. Would stay again."

Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. After waiting a long time without any help, we were forced to leave and book another hotel. This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would expect."
