"Amazing experience"

"Everything was amazing. The flats were huge and very clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming."

"The service quality went down a bit since last year. Most staff even at front desk are money hungry now unfortunately. Also since they renovated the resort is bigger and amneties are far, golf carts are available to drive guests but at times we have to wait for them in the blazing sun, and once they arrive theyre full so we walked most of the times. Weve been to the resort last year and staff were much more pleasant- for less $ will try another 5 star resort next time."

"Super schoon en fijn kleinschalig resort. Echt heel rustgevend. Kamers erg schoon en met mooi uitzicht op het zwembad. Hele vriendelijke mederwerkers wij zijn daar 9 nachten geweest en had nog wel langer willen blijven. Enige klein minpunt dat erg weinig variatie wat eten betreft hier mogen ze wel meer aandacht aan besteden. Maar eten algemeen was prima."

"Everything was okay except the long line of the BBQ corner that got me to avoid the best menu I like!! My first visit in March was perfect and I used to get the BBQ daily but this time was not. Rather than that o enjoyed my stay."

"Although some information was misleading it was a good hotel. Reads as all inclusive but in fact it is Not. It is a partial all inclusive. Staff was friendly but not well informed about the inclusions. Felt like I vacationed in Germany instead of Egypt. Lots of food catered to Germans/europeans. Slides in the aqua kids parks was the best and saving grace. Satisfied but would not return."

"Bonjour, hôtel bien situé en front de mer, nourriture varié, personnel aux petits soins et bienveillant, chambre en rez-de-jardin magnifique pas loin de la piscine et de la mer. Que dire de plus vous avez accès a tout café boisson transat, animations et vous avez accès a des excursions via l'hôtel demander GAMIL, il se chargera de tout. Pour le WiFi gratuit à la réception mais vous payez une clé WiFi 650 monnaie local et vous avez un accès pour toute la famille. Merci encore à tous le personnel....

"This Hotel is the perfect all rounder, I have come for 3 years now and keeps getting better each time! The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value. What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality.
