"By far one of the most enjoyable hotels we have been too. It is situated in an amazing location across the river with and amazing view and far from the bustle. "The location of the hotel was great. Our room looked out at the river, trams went by often and there is a grocery store less than a block away. The staff is excellent and was very helpful when my husband got sick and needed to go to urgent care. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, even a few gluten free/non-dairy items. The property could use some deep cleaning, especially the carpets. The road noise does get a bit loud. The room service menu was very limited."

"We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge.This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great.
