"The property is very nice and clean. I would return again. We just didn't get to enjoy the water park because check in is not until 4pm and their water park closes at 5:30 and then we left the next day."

"This was our second stay at The Grove Resort. My family came 2 years ago and were excited to return. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as great as our last. They may be under new ownership or management because the standards have declined. First the pre check-in feature did not work. They changed our room from a 2 bedroom suite to a 3 bedroom suite without informing us (which was not an issue). "The room was disgusting to the point that we left right after check in and didn’t even unload our car. Stains on the carpet. Smelled like cigarette smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. The were roaches and spiders everywhere. Mold on the lamp next to the bed. Shower was crusty and gross at the bottom like it had never been cleaned. Looked like a room that would have bed bug. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE "

"Suit was a lot bigger than we expected with updated appliances and full size fridge and freezer. Nice amenities as well overall a great stay before visiting the parks."
