"The property was clean and beautiful! The kids and I loved our sunset dinner overlooking the Bay on the patio of The Shoreline Bar & Grille. It was delicious with excellent service and prices! The outdoor Infiniti pool was breathtaking! We definitely made the right choice booking this gem!"

"This is a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a good complimentary breakfast and plenty of parking very close to the entrance of Presque Isle State Park. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. We were greeted with a smile from Property Manager, Rudy, who was friendly and accommodating. My husband and I stayed for four nights and we would surely stay here again the next time we are in Erie."

"You have to present ID for every guest. When you check-in, which I've never heard of before. They had cable that didn't work. So it was unable to watch TV for half of my stay, and the free breakfast was breakfast at a McDonald's next to the property."

"The pictures on Expedia were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the property. At the time of booking, there was no indication that the pool was out of service or that the gym was closed. These are important amenities, and both the hotel and Expedia should ensure that such information is clearly disclosed before guests make a reservation. "STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere"
